Been a skyline agent for 4 years. Best decision I made to join the company excellent rate of commission plus full support from the section managers. Flexible hours to suit which enables me to work around school hours.

We are not pushed for sales witch is good as can focus on the collections.

I have worked at Skyline Direct since 2011 and totally enjoy being part of an amazing team of people. The company have went from strength to strength without losing the family feel.

I have worked for Skyline Direct for nearly 10 years, 4 years as a deputy agent and 6 years as a self-employed agent. The company are more like an extended family, we work together to make the company the best of the best.

I have been with the company since opening up in Scotland in September 2008. It has been an enjoyable time watching the business grow to the size it is now. My manager Alison McIntyre has been very supportive and encouraging to help me achieve my goals. A lot of my customers have been with me since the beginning and they are very happy with the service they receive from Skyline Direct.

I’ve worked as an agent with Skyline Direct for 12 years. I receive a great level of support from my manager and the Customer Care Team. I don’t feel that I am pressurised for sales targets etc. and I am well rewarded for what I do. I have 3 days per week for collections and loans, and the great thing about working here is that a lot of my customers pay through their Debit Card. This is collected direct from our office. Overall, a great place to work and I would recommend Skyline Direct to anyone.

I joined Skyline Direct from a major competitor 3 years ago. I wish I’d joined sooner. A fantastic company to work with, where agents and customers are treated in the best possible way. No sales pressure, as our loans are based on affordability and we have really keen rates. I’m given plenty of support from my manager. One major advantage here is the ability for customers to pay by card. This gives me great flexibility to organise my work around my busy life outside work. Fantastic company for anyone looking for a change.

I joined Skyline from Morses 2 years ago and the difference was like chalk and cheese. Skyline are far more interested in theirs agents. You are not just a number. Loads on encouragement and incentives to do well. There are no restrictions on earnings, if you can build your book, and there is help to build, you can earn a well.

I would recommend a career with Skyline to any agent who is thinking of a move.

I would recommend skyline to work for as I worked for provident as a manager for 7yrs and an agent for 8yrs and i have been treated better in the last 18mths than i was in the last 8years working as an agent.
